1. Acceptance of Terms
Section 01By accessing or using the Six Gam platform — whether through the website at sixgam.bet or any related mobile-optimised interface — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is between you (the player) and Six Gam (the platform operator).
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using Six Gam immediately and close your account by contacting support. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms apply to all games, betting markets, promotions, payment transactions and support interactions at Six Gam. They should be read alongside the Six Gam Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Six Gam.
2. Eligibility
Section 02To register and use Six Gam you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. Six Gam reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts where requirements are not met, forfeiting any bonus balance associated with the account.
You must be at least 18 years of age. Six Gam applies strict age verification checks. Any account found to be operated by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds — including any deposits — handled in accordance with applicable policy.
You must be accessing Six Gam from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to check your local laws before registering. Six Gam does not provide legal advice.
Only one Six Gam account is permitted per person, per household and per device. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the name used — are considered a breach of these Terms and all associated accounts will be closed.
If you have previously self-excluded from Six Gam or any affiliated platform, you are not permitted to create a new account until the exclusion period has formally ended. Attempting to register under exclusion is a breach of these Terms.
3. Account Registration
Section 03When registering at Six Gam, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. You must keep this information updated — outdated or false registration details are a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
Your Six Gam account password is your responsibility. Six Gam will never ask for your password by email, live chat or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify Six Gam support immediately. Six Gam cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
Account registration is free. Six Gam does not charge a fee for creating an account and no deposit is required to register. A deposit is required before real-money play becomes available.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Section 04All Six Gam account transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. The minimum deposit at Six Gam is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal is also Rs 500. There are no maximum withdrawal limits applied to standard verified accounts, though large withdrawals may require additional verification.
Six Gam accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. Six Gam does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges — Six Gam has no control over those fees.
Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit as a fraud-prevention and anti-money-laundering measure. Six Gam reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method linked to your account before processing a withdrawal. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers are processed within 2–4 business hours.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
Section 05Six Gam offers a range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements — these are stated clearly on the promotion page for each offer. By claiming any bonus at Six Gam you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.
The standard welcome bonus at Six Gam is a 100% match on your first deposit up to Rs 10,000. A wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. If the requirement is not met within this window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- One welcome bonus per player, per household, per payment method and per IP address.
- Bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds are used — real balance is spent first only if bonus balance is zero.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots contribute 100%, live card games 15%, sports betting 10%, video poker 10%.
- Maximum bet while a bonus is active is Rs 1,000 per spin or hand. Bets above this limit while bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly without meeting wagering requirements.
- Six Gam reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already claimed and in progress are not affected by withdrawal of an offer.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play
Section 06All games at Six Gam operate according to the rules published on the respective game page. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. Six Gam does not accept responsibility for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
RNG-based games at Six Gam use certified random number generation software that has been independently tested for fairness and randomness. The outcomes of these games cannot be predicted, manipulated or influenced by Six Gam or by any player. Live dealer games use real physical equipment — cards, wheels and dice — dealt on camera in real time. Results are determined by the physical outcome of each deal, roll or spin.
In the event of a technical malfunction during any game at Six Gam — such as a disconnection, display error or server interruption — Six Gam reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's balance. Partial results from a malfunctioned round are not valid. Six Gam's decision in such matters is final.
Where there is a discrepancy between the result shown on a player's screen and the result recorded on Six Gam's server logs, the server-side record is treated as authoritative. Players who believe a game result is incorrect should contact Six Gam support within 7 days of the relevant session — disputes raised after this window may not be investigated.
7. Prohibited Activities
Section 07The following activities are strictly prohibited at Six Gam. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including deposits, and may result in legal action where applicable.
Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using bonus funds to hedge bets, or any other manipulation of promotional offers designed to guarantee profit without genuine play risk.
Using fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment methods. Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been received into a Six Gam account constitutes fraud and will be pursued accordingly.
Collaborating with other players at poker or any other multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage. This includes chip dumping, sharing hole card information and coordinated play at live tables.
Using bots, scripts, automated software or any mechanical device to play games at Six Gam. All play must be carried out by the registered account holder as a human user in real time.
Using Six Gam to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gaming activity for the purpose of cleaning illegally obtained money. Six Gam monitors all accounts for suspicious activity and reports to relevant authorities.
Any attempt to hack, exploit technical vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer, scrape or otherwise interfere with Six Gam's platform infrastructure, game software or databases is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.
8. Responsible Gaming
Section 08Six Gam is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is intended solely for adult entertainment purposes. Gaming should not be used as a source of income, a way to recover financial losses, or as a means to cope with stress or personal difficulties. If gaming stops being enjoyable and starts feeling like a necessity, we strongly encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools Six Gam provides.
Six Gam makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered players directly from their account dashboard, without needing to contact support: deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly), loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, and full self-exclusion for periods of 6 months or longer.
Self-exclusion requests are permanent for the duration stated. If you self-exclude and attempt to create a new account during the exclusion period, Six Gam will close the new account and any deposits made during that time will be returned. 9. Privacy & Data
Section 09Six Gam collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between Six Gam and all registered players. By registering at Six Gam you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.
The personal data Six Gam collects includes, but is not limited to: name, date of birth, contact information, payment method details (no full card numbers are stored), gaming activity, session data and device information. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, verify identity, detect and prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and improve the Six Gam platform.
Six Gam will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers and relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required. 10. Account Suspension & Closure
Section 10Six Gam reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time where there is reason to believe that these Terms have been violated, that the account is involved in fraudulent or money laundering activity, that the account is being operated by a minor, or that continued operation of the account presents a legal or compliance risk to Six Gam.
In the event of account closure for breach of Terms, Six Gam reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play. Real-money deposits not associated with active bonuses will be returned via the original payment method after any required investigation period, which may take up to 30 days in complex cases.
Players who wish to close their own Six Gam account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to the verified payment method on record after identity verification is confirmed. Voluntary closure does not exempt a player from any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses, which will be forfeited on closure.
11. Limitation of Liability
Section 11Six Gam provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While Six Gam takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability of services, it does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruption, error, or temporary unavailability. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur at any time. Six Gam will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime but cannot guarantee continuous service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Six Gam's total liability to any player for any single claim or series of related claims is limited to the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. Six Gam is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of goodwill or lost business opportunity.
Six Gam is not responsible for any losses arising from: your failure to comply with these Terms; loss of internet connectivity or device failure during play; delayed or failed transactions caused by a third-party payment provider; or your own voluntary participation in any game or bet where the outcome was not in your favour.
12. Amendments to Terms
Section 12Six Gam may amend these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, registered players will be notified via email and/or a notice on the Six Gam platform. The updated Terms will be published at sixgam.bet/terms-conditions with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of Six Gam following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using Six Gam and contact support to close your account. Disputes arising from events that occurred before an amendment took effect will be governed by the version of the Terms in force at the time of the event.
